Seagate of Highland is a 316-unit condominium community comprised of four, 10-story towers on the intercoastal waterway in Highland Beach, Florida. The property includes surface parking for 400 vehicles of which 155 spaces are under freestanding concrete shade structures. The property also includes two in-ground pools with pump and equipment rooms, a one-story community building/clubhouse, 900 feet of seawall with 31 boat slips, 6 shuffleboard courts, a putting green and a lawn space with concrete walkways and decorative landscaping.

The community retained O&S to provide engineering and architectural project management services to assist with overall planning, organizing, and budgeting of multiple upcoming projects.
