VP Samy, PE

President

VP Samy founded O&S in February of 1996. As Principal-in-Charge of O&S, Samy is responsible for supervising all engineering and architectural staff and overseeing production and quality control.

Director of Business Development

Chuck holds a BS degree in Marketing. With over 40 years of diverse experience, he oversees the business development for the NYC office and assessing clients’ needs for the various corporate disciplines.

Regional Director of Florida

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering degree from Drexel University. With over 24 years of experience, he manages the overall growth of the Florida office and mainly specializes in Structural Engineering.

Todd holds a Masters in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University and brings over 15 years of experience to his role. Todd manages and oversees the New Parking Structures division at O&S.

Jay received his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and brings over 40 years of experience. Jay manages business development, management negotiations, claims, and public relations for profitable businesses in both public and private market sectors.

Suchi  holds an MS in Structural/Mechanics from the City College of the City University of New York. With nearly 30 years of experience, he serves as the Director of New Jersey office operations, where he leads local restoration services.

David holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. With 13 years of experience, he manages Capital Reserve and Transition Studies, oversees Restoration Assessment, Design, Bidding, and Construction Projects.

Rob holds both a BS in Civil Engineering and a Master’s of Engineering in Structural Engineering from Widener University. With 15 years of experience, he serves as the Director of Pennsylvania office operations, where he leads local restoration services.

Prabhu holds a BS in Engineering from Dartmouth College and Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Columbia University. With over 15 years of experience, Prabhu oversees firm-wide operations and is a Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (QEWI) in NYC

Andy holds a BS in Accounting from William Paterson University. He possesses over 40 years of experience and handles O&S’s accounting, finances, billing, HR tasks, and state compliance.

Nabeel holds an MS from the University of Texas and brings over 30 years of experience. Nabeel oversees operations of the Ohio office and manages the majority of the firm’s design-build delivery services and restoration projects in more than 25 states

Tim holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Widener University. With 15 years of experience, he provides engineering services for exterior building façades, roofing, and parking garage projects. Tim is a certified SPRAT Level 3 Rope Access Technician.

Colin holds a bachelor’s degrees in Geology and Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of Florida. With over 15 years of experience, he is an expert in parking garage assessments and restorations, and he is also a QPSI for Local Law 126 inspections.

Nancy earned her Master’s from Tianjin University, China and brings over 30 years of experience. Nancy has expertise in site layout, grading and drainage design, utility extensions, hydrology and hydraulic analysis, storm water, and erosion and sediment control, etc.

Tariq is a licensed architect in 13 states and a certified NYC QEWI. Also, he holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute. With 39 years of experience, he manages new architectural design projects and existing building renovations in multiple states.

Tim holds a BS in Architecture from New York Institute of Technology and is a Registered Architect. Tim has over 17 years of experience in design and restoration of residential, commercial, and public structures. He also manages the New York office.

Andy holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Rhode Island. With 25 years of experience, he is responsible for the leadership of the Pennsylvania and Washington DC offices. He also leads O&S’s Forensic, Expert Witness and Litigation Support services.
