Maitra provided civil/site engineering design and land surveying for this development of 86 private homes on a 50 acre site. Maitra’s scope included updated subdivision plans, stormwater management, water main and sewer main extensions, grading, drainage and permit applications. Maitra also designed a pump station and performed calculations for additional pumping head, as well as provided stake-out survey for each individual lot. Maitra provided boundary and topographic survey for the development and construction stake out for infrastructure and individual homes.
