O&S is currently providing engineering services to address the issues at several HUMC parking garages. We performed condition assessments for the following garages according to the City of Hackensack Property Maintenance Code:

Audrey Hepburn Parking Garage – 45 Spaces

Railroad Avenue Parking Garage – 700 Spaces

Gabrellian Women’s & Children’s Pavilion Parking Garage – 250 Spaces

Second Street Parking Garage – 650 Spaces

Pediatric Center Parking Garage – 200 Spaces

Essex Street Parking Garage – 1,500 Spaces

Research Center Parking Garage – 200 Spaces

From our inspections, we located numerous structurally unsafe conditions in each garage and developed a repair program to address the deficiencies. The structural repair program addressed both typical and non-typical conditions of columns, slabs, concrete framing members, walls, and ramps.
